Recently, the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rolling Bearings Spherical Bearings Sub-Technical Committee of the change and the third session of the first meeting was successfully held in Zhangzhou.
The meeting was hosted by the substandard committee secretariat unit Longshaft Group, substandard committee members, special guests, standard drafters, the secretariat and other attendees a total of more than 30 people attended the meeting.
Tan Xiangning, deputy chief engineer of China Machinery Industry Federation, Zhuang Zhengjiang, deputy director of Zhangzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau attended the meeting, Chen Jinhui, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Longshaft Group attended on behalf of Longshaft Group, Chen Zhixiong, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of Longshaft Group, participated in the meeting as a deputy chairman of the substandard committee.
The meeting was chaired by Tang Jie, Secretary General of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rolling Bearings and Chairman of the Sub-Standard Committee.
The meeting began with a speech by Tan Xiangning, who congratulated the establishment of the third substandard committee, affirmed the work of the substandard committee, and shared the results of China’s machinery industry standardisation work in recent years…
Pointed out that the future direction of the country’s focus on standardisation work should adhere to the focus on “can be used, will be used, good use”, the requirements of the standard should be developed to implement the full life cycle management:
First, to accelerate the formation of new productivity.
The second is to increase the proportion of innovation results into standards.
Third, to promote the development of international, national and industry standards in an integrated manner.
Fourth, to improve the quality and efficiency of standards development.
Fifth, we should strengthen the standard pre-study to ensure the applicability of the standard.
Sixth, we should coordinate the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to jointly promote the development of standards.
In his speech, Zhuang Zhenggiang introduced the Zhangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government’s emphasis on standardisation and the construction results, and said that it will be based on the new stage of development, lead the city’s standardisation workforce to conscientiously implement the new development concept, serve and integrate into the new development pattern, fully implement the standardisation strategy, effectively help the construction of a strong city in terms of quality, and provide strong support for the standards to accelerate the construction of a modern coastal city.
Chen Jinhui gave a welcome speech, he on the joint bearing substandard committee of the industry’s standardisation work leadership and implementation of standardisation strategy expressed high approval, and said that the Longshaft Group has always been guided by technological innovation, and actively practice domestic and international “double cycle”, the depth of integration into the high level of opening up and the international standard system, and vigorously promote the development and revision of national standards and ISO international standards, and continue to support the development of quality, and effectively contribute to the construction of a strong standard support to accelerate the construction of modern coastal cities. It has vigorously pushed forward the formulation and revision of national standards and ISO international standards, and continuously advanced into the global high-end industrial chain, striving to build a world-class speciality and new enterprise.
In the future, Longshaft Group will continue to strongly support the work of the substandard committee, and jointly explore the positive role of standardisation in promoting the high-end, green and intelligent development of the industry.
Afterwards, Tan Xiangning read out the approval document of the National Standardization Administration Committee on the composition plan of the third substandard committee for joint bearings, and issued the certificates of the third rolling bearing standard committee members with Tang Jie, the chairman of the committee, and Tang Jie sent a congratulatory letter on behalf of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rolling Bearings.
During the meeting, Li Feixue, deputy secretary-general of CNRBS, introduced ISO 24652:2023 “Spherical plain bearings – Spherical plain bearings rod ends for hydraulic fluid power cylinders” standard development process and the progress of ISO 24652:2023 international standard. The meeting also reviewed the National Standard for Rolling Bearings. The meeting also reviewed the “National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rolling Bearings Spherical Bearings Sub-Technical Committee Charter” and other four documents, and at the same time organised the discussion of the “Spherical Bearing Aviation self-lubricating radial joint bearings” and other three joint bearings in the field of standard making and revising the situation.
