• LEAD SCREWS AND ACME SCREWS

Helix Linear Technologies offers more than 300 different lead screw sizes and dozens of different standard nut designs including, freewheeling nuts, anti-backlash nuts and custom nuts.

We have manufactured precision lead screws and acme screws for more than 50 years. Our CNC thread rolling systems guarantee accurate positioning to 0.0003 in/in.

• ACME SCREWS

Helix Linear Technologies Acme screws are manufactured to the standard 2C thread form. Screws can be cut to your specific length or we can machine the ends of the screws for you.

• TWIN-LEAD SCREWS

Helix Linear twin-lead screws are designed with a left and right hand thread for dual and opposing motion.  Helix offers multiple sizes of twin-lead screws as standard products and manufactures nearly any size screw on request.

• BALL SCREW AND ACME SCREW BEARING MOUNTS

The Helix Linear Technologies bearing mounts for ball screws and Acme screws help engineers easily build machines with lead screws and ball screws.

• LINEAR LUBRICANTS

Almost all linear motion systems require lubrication to operate precisely and reduce wear. Helix Linear Technologies offers a full line of linear motion lubricants that are specific to your application.

• STEPPER ACTUATORS

Helix stepper motor actuators feature heavy duty ball bearings to maximize their thrust. Helix lead screws are securely press-fitted into the motor’s rotor to allow a smaller footprint, while minimizing backlash and providing years of dependable life.
