INA bearing group currently employs approximately 28,000 people worldwide. Almost 7,000 of these work at company headquarters in northern Bavaria. • INA Rolling and Plain Bearings

Bearings for rotary motion are designed as rolling bearings or plain bearings. A distinction is drawn as to whether the forces occurring between the parts movable relative to each other are transmitted by rolling or sliding elements. INA and FAG produce a full range of rolling and plain bearings, including, but not limited to, deep groove ball bearings, spindle bearings, thin section bearings, spherical roller bearings, machined needle roller bearings, sealing rings, axial cylindrical roller bearings, slewing rings, and bearings for screw drives.

• INA Linear Bearings

INA linear bearings are bearing elements for translation type motion. As in the case of rotary bearings, a distinction is drawn as to whether the forces occurring are transmitted by means of rolling or sliding elements. INA FAG produces linear bearings desiged specifically for such applications as monorail guidance systems, shaft guidance systems, positioning systems, and flat cage guidance systems, among others.

• INA Linear Roller Bearing

INA linear roller bearings are suitable in conjunction with guideways for locating/locating or locating/non-locating bearing arrangements and form a bearing arrangement system for linear motion with unlimited stroke length. INA offers linear recirculating bearings and guideways.

• INA Needle Roller Bearings

Needle roller bearings have a long track record as proven machine elements for the design of radially compact bearing arrangements with very high load-carrying capacity. In X-life configuration, they now have an up to 50 % longer service life.

• INA Industrial Ball Bearings

National Precision Bearing services the INA industrial ball bearing offer. INA products cover Angular Contact Ball Bearings, Deep Groove Ball Bearings, Four-point contact ball bearings, Self-aligning ball bearings, spindle bearings, and more.

• INA/FAG Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings with cage are units comprising solid inner and outer rings and cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. The outer rings have rigid ribs on both sides or no ribs, and the inner rings have one or two rigid ribs or are designed without ribs. The cage prevents the cylindrical rollers from coming into contact with each other during rolling. Cylindrical roller bearings can be supplied with or without a cage.

Plain bearing and rod end designs that require maintenance with steel/steel and steel/bronze material pairs are easy to maintain, cost effective, and excellently suited to alternating loads. Plain bushes, washers, and strips employ the low-maintenance metal-polymer composite E50. The sliding layer features lubricant pockets, which means that an initial lubrication is sufficient in most cases.
INA Maintenance Free Plain Bearings

Schaeffler offers a comprehensive catalog of maintenance-free plain bearings. Innovative plain bearing materials are used here, such as ELGOGLIDE, ELGOTEX, and the metal-polymer composite E40. These PTFE plain bearing materials enable ultra-low coefficients of friction for spherical plain bearings and rod ends as well as bushes, washers and strips while ensuring low wear and very long life cycles. Maintenance-free plain bearings considerably reduce lubricant and maintenance costs as they do not require any oil or grease while also being very environmentally friendly.
