Description

The Kop-Flex^® products continue to innovate the industry with leading solutions such as the evolutionary High-Performance Disc 2.0 coupling, torque monitoring systems, and patented ground bearing technology. The strength of the brand lies in its ability to provide a wide range of critical applications; from high-speed, High-Performance couplings for the Oil and Gas Industry, to high torque gear spindles for Metals and Mining applications.

KOP-FLEX introduced the FAST’S^® Gear Coupling in 1918. These have allowed KOP-FLEX to maintain its technological leadership in the coupling industry. It has distinguished itself in engineered couplings for high speed or high-performance applications, as well as in mill couplings.

KD^® Disc Couplings 

KD flexible shaft couplings provide reliable transmission of mechanical power. This can be applied where a low maintenance, non-lubricated coupling is required. KD Disc Couplings are specifically designed to accommodate general purpose drive system applications such as centrifugal pumps, compressors, generators, cooling towers, machine tools, printing and pulp and paper machines.

Gear Couplings

Kop-Flex^® offers the widest range of gear couplings, with no limit in sizes. Available with multiple different seal features and lubrication capacities. Available with alloy and nitride gearing to increase strength and extend wear.

Elastomeric Couplings 

Kop-Flex^® Elastomeric couplings use a flexible element to compensate for high angular misalignment and dampen torsional vibrations. Many models also feature a no lubrication schedule and provide virtually maintenance-free operation.
