Tapered roller bearings are generally separated in design, the inner and outer rings of the bearing have tapered raceways, usually the inner ring, rollers, cage composition of the inner ring assembly and the outer ring together set. The tapered roller bearing inner ring, outer ring raceway bus, and roller centerline and bearing axis intersect at one point. The special structure of tapered roller bearings enables them to withstand combined loads.
Single-row tapered roller bearings can withstand radial load and single-direction axial load. Its axial load capacity depends on the size of the contact angle of the bearing, the larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity.
